Almorinda Jacome

Middletown, RI - Almorinda Jacome, 91, of Middletown, RI, died Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Joseph Jacome. Born in Newport, RI on October 14, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Almorinda (Cambra) Moniz. She was a stay at home mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. She enjoyed nothing more then being with her family. She is survived by her son Joseph Jacome, Jr. of Narragansett, RI, her granddaughters Carol Parker and her husband Guy of Middletown, RI, and Lynda Hoyle of Middletown, RI, her grandsons Joseph Jacome III and Michael Jacome of Narragansett, RI. She is also survived by her great-grand children Rebecca Parker of Newport, RI, Michael Hoyle of Warwick, RI, Justin Parker of Barrington, RI, Kimberly Botelho of Newport, RI Jesse Botelho of Newport, RI and seven great-great-grandchildren, Hanna, Orion, Mya, Noah, Paige, Kayden, and Danika. Calling hours will be held on Monday July 2, 2012 from 4-8pm in the Memorial Funeral Home 375 Broadway Newport, RI.Her funeral will be held on, Tuesday July 3, 2012, at 8:00am from the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00am in Jesus Savior Church, 1 Vernon Avenue, Newport.
