Dennis A. Sapp, 55, of Newport died Monday, November 12, 2012 at Newport Hospital, Newport, RI. He was the husband of Nancy (Norman) Sapp.Born June 21, 1957 in Groton, CT, he was the son of the late Robert and Mary E. (Coffey) Sapp. Mr. Sapp worked as a boiler operator at the Newport Naval Station for 18 years.Besides his wife of 35 years, he is survived by his children, Eric J. Sapp of Portsmouth, RI, and Tabitha Schultz of Fall River, MA, his brother Paul Sapp of Newport, RI, his sisters Nancy Sapp and Shari Sapp of Newport, RI, and his grandchildren, Hannah Schultz, Shelby Sapp and Khloe Sapp.He was the father of the late Stephen A.
