Madeline Escobar, 80, of Portsmouth died Friday, October 7, 2016 at St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford, MA. Mrs. Escobar was born November 11, 1935 in Fall River, MA, she was the daughter of the late Manuel and Hortense (Gonzalves) Raposa. She was married to Joseph Escobar for 51years. She is survived by her husband: Joseph Escobar, and her daughter Cara Turnbull and her husband Michael of Middletown. Funeral services and burial will be private.
