Alice Milotte

Alice T. Milotte, of Tiverton, Rhode Island passed away on Tuesday April 2, at the age of 94.
She was born in Fall River, MA to Manuel Tavares and Francelina (Silvia) Tavares. Alice was the
wife of the late Joseph A. Milotte, DMD.


She attended business school in Fall River and assisted her husband with his dental practice.
She was an avid tennis player, and enjoyed walking her dogs in her neighborhoods Nanaquaket
and Seapowet. Nan as affectionately called by her grandchildren taught them to play golf,
with a makeshift green on her sprawling lawn. She loved hosting family and friends at her
poolside barbeques sipping her favorite Pina Coladas.


A loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother she will be sorely missed.
She is survived by her six children, Barbara A. Milotte of Tiverton, RI, Donald R. Milotte and his
wife Elaine Cohen of Newburyport, MA, Frances T. Milotte of Dartmouth, MA, Diane M.
Rustad of Portsmouth, RI, Jane Cerrone of Rehoboth, MA, and Janet Tepot of Tiverton, RI.


Funeral services will be private.
