Ann Marie Leary

Ann Marie Leary, of Tiverton, RI, passed away at home on Friday, May 17th, 2024. She was the loving mother of Jessica (Daniel) Jackson of Middleboro, MA, and Dr. Joshua Morimoto of Cambridge, MA, and beloved daughter of Terrance Leary and the late Anna C. (Sullivan) Leary of Tiverton, RI. She is also survived by her siblings: Eileen Sanford, Kathleen (Donald) Paquette, Timothy (Cheryl) Leary of Tiverton, RI, and Michael Leary of Pittsfield, MA; her many nieces and nephews; and her granddogs: Cassie, Jax, Yuffie, and Tifa, whom she loved very much.

Ann was known for her love of animals, her morbid curiosity, and her unyielding generosity. She was a monumental member of the Clements' Marketplace community, where she served in various roles for 28 years.

Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, June 1st, from 9:00 to 10:45 AM in the Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth, RI 02871. A Prayer Service will immediately follow at 10:45 AM in Connors Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Pocasset Hill Cemetery, Tiverton.
