Ann Wells

Ann T. Wells, passed away peacefully on September 1, 2024, at the age of 90. She was born in Chelsea, MA, in 1934, to Joseph and Anna (Griffin) Swankowski. Ann was a dedicated wife to her late husband, Harry Wells for 49 years. She retired from the Marriott after several years of service in housekeeping. Ann was a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary and known for her warm hospitality and kind heart.

Ann leaves behind her beloved daughter, Deborah Wall, and niece, Deborah Alphonse along with her husband, Michael and family. Ann touched the hearts of many throughout her life and also leaves her daughter Donna (Adams) Hoppe, and nephew, Thomas Whelan and his wife Colleen.

Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Wells, her son, Daniel Adams, and her siblings, Mary Whelan, Gertrude Swanson and Joseph Swanson.

Friends and family are invited to join in commemorating her life on Friday, September 13, 2024. A graveside service will be held at 11:30am at Newport Memorial Park, 123 Howland Ave., Middletown, as we come together to celebrate a life well-lived.
