Middletown, RI - Bennett Fine, 82, of 2203 West Main Road Middletown, died Saturday, October 23, 2004 at Heatherwood Nursing And Subacute Center Newport, RI.He was the husband of Charlotte Krug Fine. Born in Dearborn, MI on October 6, 1922, he was the son of the late Louis and Mamie Myers Fine. Besides his wife he is survived by four sons Eugene Fine of Buffalo, NY, Stuart Fine of Portsmouth, RI, Norman Fine of Middletown, RI, and Terry Barkely of Syracuse, NY, two daughters Tracey Custodi of Portsmouth, RI, and Debra Bryerton of Syracuse, NY, his brother Teddy Jarrett of Buffalo, NY, his sister Edith Kietchel of Dearborn, MI and ten grandchildren. Funeral services and burial are private. Arrangements are by the Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth.
