Bernice A. (Hall) Amber, 88, of Portsmouth, RI, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2017 at the Grand Islander Health Care Center, Middletown.She was the wife of the late Francis J. Amber.Born on August 7, 1928 in Newport, RI, she was the daughter of the late Herbert F. and Martha (Ashley) Hall. She is survived by her children, David B. Warren and his wife Jeanne of Portsmouth, RI, Sheila A. Barker and her husband Clifton and Gloria J. Connelly and her husband Peter all of Cape Coral, FL, her brother Herbert F. Hall III of Portsmouth, RI, her sister Janice Little of Portsmouth, RI, and four grandchildren.Her services are private.
