Ann Smith Clarke, 67, of Grand Islander Health Care Center, Middletown, RI, formerly of 15A Buck Road, Middletown, RI, died Sunday, December 10, 2006 at Grand Islander Health Care Center, Middletown, RI. She was the wife of the late Richard S. Clarke, Jr. Born in Newport, RI on July 10, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Elsie Merritt Smith. She is survived by her son Richard Clarke of Middletown, RI, daughter Rebecca Brew of Richmond, RI, and her granddaughter Jessica Kuiee. She was the sister of the late Peter Smith. Her memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2006, at 11:00 am in St. Matthew?s Episcopal Church, 87 Narragansett Avenue, Jamestown. Burial will follow in St. Matthew?s Episcopal Church Memorial Garden
