Cora M. Truver

Cora M. Phaneuf Truver, 97, formerly of Braman Street Newport, died Monday, May 27, 2002 at Heatherwood Nursing And Subacute Center Newport, RI. She was the wife of the late George T. Truver. Born in Taunton, MA on September 15, 1904, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Mardor Foxey Phaneuf. She is survived by four sons, Charles Truver of Newport, RI, Donald R. Truver of Somerset, MA, Alfred Truver of Middletown, RI, Michael Truver of California, her daughter Theresa Luzitano of Tiverton, RI, twenty three grandchildren and thirtysix great grandchildren.She was the mother of the late Doris Cercosta, George T. Truver Jr., Robert J. Truver, and John Truver. Her funeral will be held on Friday, May 31, 2002, at 9:30 AM in the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport. Burial will be in Newport Memorial Park in Middletown.
