Cynthia Ann Blake, 63, of Stafford Road, Tiverton, RI, passed away at home on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 with friends by her side.Born in Lowell, MA on April 15, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Arnold and Barbara Colby Blake.Cynthia grew up in Wilmington, MA and had been a longtime resident of Newport, RI. She was a lover of horses and animals and spent a lot of time in Westport, MA.Funeral services will be private.In lieu of flowers, donations in Cynthias memory may be made to the RI Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, 186 Amaral Street, Riverside, RI 02915 info@rispca.com.
