David A. Paschoal

David A. Paschoal, 59 of Middletown, passed away February 28, 2019 in Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. Born in Newport, he was the son of Margaret (Dennis) Special of Leesburg, FL and the late Francis G. Paschoal.
David worked for many years for the St. Gobain Company in Bristol as a machine operator. He was a 1978 graduate of Rogers High School. David was a devoted Catholic and communicant of Jesus Saviour Church. He often talked about his trips to Medjigouri, Portugal and his trip with his friend Dave Burns to Ireland.
David enjoyed collecting records and long rides along the coast, but mostly, David enjoyed spending time with his family, friends and especially his nieces and nephews.
Besides his mother, he leaves his second mother Beverly Paschoal (Bob Elliott) of Middletown. He is also survived by his sisters and brothers, Cathy Delipski (Lance) of Warren, Francine Amoroso (Joseph) of Leesburg, FL, Donna McCabe of Maui, HI, Richard Marchetti (Pamela) of South Kingstown, Bethany Blackard of King George, VA, Todd Paschoal (Christina) of Warwick and Heather Paschoal (Debra) of Johnston.
David was the nephew of Joseph Paschoal (Mary), Ann Paschoal, Mary Lou Santos, Larry Dennis (Winnie), Billy Dennis, Cathleen Wakester and Gail Holmes. He was also the uncle of thirteen nieces and nephews, nine great-nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
David was preceded in death by his brothers-in-law and numerous aunts and uncles.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated, Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at 9:30 AM in Jesus Saviour Church, 509 Broadway, Newport.
