Debra Ann Davis

Debra Ann Davis passed away in her home in late June 2026. Debby was born October 5, 1958 in Newport, RI. She resided at 41 Keeher Avenue, Newport, RI for over 30 years. She was the daughter of the late Herbert E. Davis and Beverly A. (Cicerone) Baker.

Debby grew up in Middletown and attended Middletown Public Schools. In May 1981 she graduated from The Executive Secretarial School in Newport, RI. After graduating she pursued a career working for the Department of Defense. She retired in 2012.

Debby is survived by her son, Eric K. Clemmons of Fall River, MA; her sister Chris (Davis) Serpa (Bill) of Jupiter, FL; her stepbrother, Stephen K. Chapman of Middletown, RI, and Brian Rodericks (Michael Decosta) of Spring Hill, FL. Uncle Donald Davis and his wife, Aunt Marlene of Middletown, RI; Uncle Richard Davis and his wife, Aunt Kathy of Middletown, RI; first-cousins Erik Davis (Cindy), Timothy Davis (Melissa), Jonathon Davis, Jeffrey Davis, second-cousins Austin, Teddy and Charley Davis and nieces Alicia and Sophia Serpa.

Debby is predeceased by her mother Beverly A. Baker and step-father Charles D. Baker; her father Herbert E. Davis; her maternal Aunt, Elaine "Auntie" (Cicerone) Rodericks; her maternal grandparents Granny (Cecelia "Marjorie" Cicerone) and Grandpa (Fiorindo "Fred" Cicerone), paternal grandfather Ernest A. Davis, and her nephew Andrew S. Paiva.

A Christian Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 20, 2026 at 11:00am at the Newport Memorial Park Chapel at 123 Howland Ave in Middletown, RI. Family and friends are welcome to attend.
