Diana Seager, age 64, of Newport, Rhode Island, passed away on August 14, 2018, at RI Hospital in Providence after a battle with cancer.
Diana was born on July 11, 1954, in Eureka, CA to the late Henry Bishop and the late Faye (Cunningham) Bishop.
Diana worked for many years at Custom House Coffee on Aquidneck Avenue in Middletown. She was a member of the OceanPointe Christian Church and cherished the support she received from it. In her spare time, she enjoyed walking the beaches and collecting rocks and shells, but most enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Diana is survived by her daughter Joanne Merriott of Newport, her son Charles P. Merriott, and her six grandchildren.
Her funeral services will be private.
