Elizabeth Mary (Kelly) Ferreira, 90, of Portsmouth, RI, died on February 20, 2019 in Middletown surrounded by her loving family.
She was the wife of the late William Ferreira.
Born in Newport, RI on Aug. 24, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Joseph W. and Mary-Ann (McGuinness) Kelly.
She is survived by her sons William P. Ferreira of North Carolina, David A. Ferreira of North Kingstown, RI and James M. Ferreira of Portsmouth, RI, six grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Nancy (Ferreira) DeSouza of Little Compton, RI, and her sister Margaret Peggy Menard of New Bedford, MA.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday February 24, 2019, from 4-7 pm in Connors Funeral Home 55 West Main Road Portsmouth, RI
Her funeral will be held on Monday February 25, 2019 at 9:00 am, from the Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am, in St. Barnabas Church, 1697 East Main Road, Portsmouth.
Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery in Middletown.
