Helen Andrews, age 92, of Middletown, Rhode Island, passed away on September 11, 2018.
Born on August 26, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Abraham and Lillian (Moore) Frankenberg. She married William Andrews.
Mrs. Andrews worked as a tour guide for the Preservation Society of Newport County and Museum and enjoyed every minute of her 20 years there. She worked for the former Almacs Supermarket, in the linen department of Leys Century Store, and worked in sales and management at the Newport Navy Base, Navy Exchange Building 1500-OCS. She was also a former member of Calvary United Methodist Church in Middletown.
She lost her infant son at birth and was the sister of the late Albert Frankenberg, Raymond Frankenberg, Ernie Frankenberg, Leonard Frankenberg, Dorothy Hull and Betty Pacillio.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at 11:00am in Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport. Her burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery, Browns Lane, Middletown.
