Hilaria U Villacorta

Hilaria (Ubando) Villacorta, 94, of Middletown passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Thursday, August 2, 2018. Born on January 17, 1924 in the Philippines, she was the daughter of the late Eriberta and Andres Ubando. She was the wife of the late Aurelio D. Villacorta.Besides her husband of 76 years, she was survived by her children, Lolita V. Maramaba, Rafael U. and Susan B. Villacorta, Bert U. and Marilyn F. Villacorta all of Middletown, Thelma U. Villacorta and Noli Poliarco of Las Vegas, NV, Elsa V. and Arthur T. Loyola, Jovan U. and Alona P. Villacorta, Anhelo U. and Priscilla A. Villacorta, Tito U. and Minerva A. Villacorta and Sophie V. Chandler all of Middletown, 18 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. She was also survived by her sister Maxima U. Ceralde of Seattle, Washington.Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 from 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM in Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, August 9, at 9:00 AM in St. Lucy's Church, 909 West Main Road, Middletown, RI.Burial to follow in St. Columba Cemetery, Middletown, RI.
