Holly Elizabeth (Cabral) Silvia, 52, of Portsmouth, passed away Monday morning, with her husband of 30 years, Ashley Silvia, by her side. The daughter of the late John C. Cabral, of Tiverton, and the late Yun Min Cabral of Jeonju, South Korea, Holly was born October 5, 1973.

Although born in Kentucky, she moved to Portsmouth early in life and never left. Holly worked at People's Credit Union for over 30 years as a loan underwriter. She loved Motley Crue, Boston sports and horror movies, as well as spending time with her friends and family.

In addition to her husband, Holly is survived by her two sons, Christian and Anthony Silvia of Portsmouth, who she loved unconditionally and who love her with all their hearts.

She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends who are going to miss her sense of humor and her comforting personality.

RESCHEDULED: Calling hours will be held at Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth RI 02871, Friday, February 27, 2026 from 3:00 pm-6:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, February 28 at 10:00am at St. Barnabas Catholic Church, 1697 E Main Rd, Portsmouth, RI. Burial will be held at a later date.
