Jacqueline Arlethia Price

Jacqueline A. Price, of Newport, RI, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on March 25, 2020.
Jackie leaves behind 5 children Deion, Kacheena, Tyrona, Nadene, and DeAnthony, several grandchildren and step children and her wife.
She really enjoyed cooking, listening to 90s RB music, laughing and making people laugh. She was the sister that started family fun day that consisted of movies, bowling, playing at the arcade, dinners, and cookouts.
Jackie had excellent penmanship to the point it was her own font style unlike any other. Many of us will remember Jackie for the love she had for her kids and grandchildren, helping others financially and with groceries and household items from what she called her stockpile.
She was known for her Boom Boom Room for entertainment, giving people nicknames, her famous meatballs and other meals she put together in Esther Cafe, couponing, and checking up on people with phone calls.
She will be deeply missed of the good human qualities she had and displayed but she will be with us in spirit until we meet again.
