NEWPORT, RI - Jeffrey Cornell Wells, 49, of Newport, died Monday, February 11, 2008 at Newport Hospital, Newport, RI. Born on May 27, 1958, he was the son of the late Marilyn Wells. He is survived by his children Jeffrey Cornell of Portsmouth, RI, Daniel Cornell of Meadeville, PA, Kevin Cornell of Pennsylvania and Holly Medeiros of Newport, RI, his brothers Merle Cornell, Shawn Cornell and Timothy Cornell all of Pennsylvania, his sisters April Cornell of Newport, RI and Tammy Cornell of Pennsylvania. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2008, at 3:00 pm in Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport. Burial will be private.
