John Neil Malone, Jr., age 37, of Middletown died Friday, October 21, 2016 in Middletown at home, surrounded by his loving family. He is the son of John Neil and Sandra (Trust) Malone Sr., husband of Jennifer and father of Johnny, Kaitlin, Kyle, Paige, and Alexis.He is also survived by his sister Rita Nicole (Malone) Konchar and Daniel Konchar, many nieces and nephews, and a large extended family as well as his best friend, Joe Nocon and family.John is a graduate of Rhode Island College with a degree in Business Management. He was a location manager for the Hertz Corporation. In his younger days, John was a great baseball player and a lifelong Yankees fan.He was loved by many and will be missed dearly.John and his wife appreciate all of the support from his Doctor, Jana Magarian, and the Visiting Nurse Services. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 from 10:00 am -12:00 PM in the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport, with a memorial service to immediately follow at 12:00 pm in the funeral home.
