Joseph G. Pattie passed away peacefully in Tiverton, RI on Sunday, August 27, 2017 at the age of 46. He was at home and surrounded by his family. Joe was born December 17, 1970 in Cranston, RI. He was the beloved son of Paul Patricia (O'Donnell) Pattie, and the loving husband and best friend of Stephanie Steele. Joe's love for family was known by all. Family was first in Joe's beautiful blue eyes. He loved going to family gatherings, cooking his infamous "stuffies", playing games with his children, spending time at home, and sometimes acting like a kid himself - whether it be his silly car dancing skits or his crazy antics with his love of fireworks. He also had a great love for his work. Joe worked for Travers Plumbing and Heating over the past 15 years as a plumber. He loved spending time with his friends at work and heading out in his van to save the day for so many of his clients. He was a generous and kind guy who would do just about anything for anyone. And if you ever needed a coffee - he always had a "Dunkin" in hand. He had a great sensor of humor. His jokes and smiles were sure to make anyone go from having a bad day to a good day. Everyone loved being around Joe. They were guaranteed to have just a bit more fun in his company. Joe was a fighter since the day he was born. His mother called him "her miracle baby" coming into this world weighing just over a pound. He fought then and continued his fight to spend as much time as he could with his entire family - he was truly a hero in their eyes. He never gave up hope and always stayed positive. Joe will be missed by so many. His memory will forever live on in his children, grandchildren, and all the wonderful memories we all have. He is survived by his wife: Stephanie Steele, three daughters: Katherine and Kylie Pattie of Laconia, NH and Lauren Pattie of Tiverton, RI, and two sons: Joseph Pattie, Jr. of NH and Gavin Pattie of Tiverton, RI,; his father Paul and mother Patricia (ODonnell) Pattie; Brother of three sisters: Dawn Pattie, Sandy Ryan, and Laurie Falco of RI, and four brothers: Paul Pattie Jr. and Dennis Pattie of RI, Ryan Pattie and Wayne Pattie of FL.
