Judith Davison

April 13, 1945 — June 17, 2025

With hearts full of love and gratitude, we remember Judith G. Davison, who passed away peacefully on June 17, 2025, at the age of 80 in Middletown, Rhode Island. She was the beloved wife of the late Philip Davison, and together they shared a beautiful bond that was rooted in deep friendship, unwavering partnership, and a love that quietly inspired all who knew them.

Judith was born on April 13, 1945, in Brockton, Massachusetts, to Louis and Camille Guarino. Her childhood was rich in warmth and kinship, nurtured by the affection of her grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins-an early reflection of the deep connections she would foster throughout her life.

A brilliant and determined woman, Judith pursued her education with purpose and passion. She earned her bachelor's degree from Mount Holyoke College and a master's in mathematics from Boston University. Her early professional years took her to New York City and then back to Boston, where she built a thriving career marked by intellect and quiet strength.

Later in life, love found her in Philip. When they married, she wholeheartedly embraced his three children as her own, seamlessly becoming a cherished mother and grandmother. Together, Philip and Judith walked through life hand in hand-partners in every sense-offering one another joy, laughter, and a deep sense of home.

She leaves behind her children and their spouses: Stephen and Kym Davison, John and Mandy Davison, and Susan and Tory Flis. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren-Jason Davison, Grace Flis, and Annie Flis.

Judith was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Philip, whose memory she carried always.

She will be remembered not only as a remarkable woman of intellect and grace, but also as a loyal friend, a nurturing mother, a doting grandmother, a gifted cook, and a hostess whose table always had room for one more.

In honor of Judith's generous heart and lifelong kindness, donations may be made in her memory to the Potter League for Animals (www.potterleague.org) or the Alzheimer's Association (www.alz.org).

At her request, there will be no formal services. Her spirit lives on in the love she gave and the lives she touched.
