Judith Wojcik

It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Judith A Wojcik (Judy) from complications with pneumonia. 

Born in Connecticut, the daughter of the late Ronald R Wojcik and the late Mary Joy Borsay (Wojcik) Step-Daughter to the late O. F. ‘Slim’ Borsay 

Born with Cerebral Palsy, Judy led a happy go lucky life amongst her extended group home family with a sunny smile, a hearty laugh, and a mischievous grin. Judy was quite happy to be a people watcher rather than a participant, always wondering what others were up to, what the big fuss was about, and plotting where she could hide something in her room when people were not looking. 

She was the eldest sister to Ronald R Borsay (Wojcik jr.) Veronica T Berg (Wojcik) and the late Julie A Wojcik. 

Judy also leaves behind many extended family members and wonderful caregivers from her group home. 

She will be missed. 

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 10 at 10:30 in Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway Newport, RI.
