Kaitlyn Mccomas

Kaitlyn Hannah McComas, age 27, of Middletown, Rhode Island, passed away on July 30, 2018, in the comfort of her home. Kaitlyn was born in Springfield, OH on December 12, 1990; she is the daughter of Darrell McComas and Arlene (Echola) McComas.

Kaitlyn was well known as a people person, known to many by her nickname, Kaity; she loved gathering with all her friends and family whenever she could. Kaity had a few favorite hobbies, such as reading, camping, and driving around Ocean Drive; above all else, cooking was her ultimate passion. Kaity had taught all her friends how to make the very best raspberry jam and enjoyed baking from scratch; the family favorite dish that she was so well known for was her sloppy chicken.

Kaity is survived by her parents Arlene and Darrell McComas, her two brothers, Steve and Brandon Doty, and sister Molly McComas. Kaity is also survived by her two nephews, Cole and Silas and two nieces, Mila and Jennifer as well as her three beloved cats, Tiger Lilly, Socks, and Tigger. Kaity is predeceased by her son, Thomas.
