Kenneth Roy Macduff

Kenneth Roy MacDuff, age 76, of Newport died unexpectedly on Saturday, September 23, 2017, at Miriam Hospital of Providence, RI. Mr. MacDuff was born May 19, 1941 in Fall River, MA, the son of the late Douglas and the late Belva (Pavo) MacDuff. He was the longtime loving partner of Carol Allen, of Newport, RI.Mr. MacDuff served honorably in the US Army and was a proud disabled Vietnam veteran. He was a member of the Newport Yacht Club, VFW, and worked out daily at the Navy Base Gym. In his spare time he enjoyed fine dining and a nice bottle of wine with his friends and family.Besides his longtime partner, Carol Allen, he is survived by one daughter, Carol Pieper of Denver, CO, three grandchildren, Seneca Widvey and his spouse Kelly, April Connelly and Ryan Connelly, Carol's children, Russell Allen and Cinder Stone both of West Palm Beach, FL, and his cousin, Barbara and Terry Swartz of Orlando, FL. He will be sadly missed by many, whose lives he touched every day.A celebration of his life will be held this Saturday, September 30, 2017, from 4:00-7:00pm, at the Newport Yacht Club, 110 Long Wharf, Newport.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his memory may be made to the Robert Potter League for Animals, PO Box 412, Newport, RI 02840, or to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
