Margaret Patricia Pawlowski

Margaret ?Pat? Houghton Pawlowski, 73, of 24 Channing Street Newport, died Friday, April 12, 2002 at home. Born in Lynnhurst, NJ on Aug. 5, 1928, she was the daughter of the late John R Houghton and the late Margaret E Wolf Houghton. Mrs. Pawlowski was a Licensed Practical Nurse who had worked at the former Naval Hospital in Newport. She had twenty years of federal civil service retiring in 1995. Mrs. Pawlowski was a member of St. Josephs Church and the Newport Hospital Auxillary. She was Past President of the Licensed Practical Nurses Association and a volunteer at the Newport Hospital in the Ambulatory Service Center. She is survived by daughter Judith Hansen of Newport, RI, daughter Sandra Sargent of Newport, RI, daughter Patricia Sargent of Middletown, RI, brother John R Houghton of Lynnhurst, NJ, sister Joan Dawson of Lynnhurst, NJ, sister Joyce Molzon of Lynnhurst, NJ, sister Catherine Curriero of Lynnhurst, NJ, Four Grandchildren and Five Great Grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Eugene Houghton. Her funeral will be held Tuesday April 16, 2002 at 8am from the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport, with a Mass of Christian burial at 9am in St. Josephs Church, Broadway And Mann Avenue, Newport.
