Margaret Viveiros

Mrs. Margaret Viveiros, age 90, of Portsmouth, Rhode Island, passed away on November 5, 2018. She was born in Newport, RI to Rita and Manuel R. Silveira. She married Marion A. Viveiros of Newport on July 8, 1949 in Newport. Margaret is a graduate of Rogers High School class of 1945 and Milgrim Secretarial School.Margaret is survived by James Viveiros (Son) of Denver, CO), William Silveira (Brother) of Tiverton, RI and Manuel R Silveira, III of Irvine, CA. She was preceded in death by her husband Marion A. Viveiros, Marlene A. Viveiros (Daughter) and Joseph Silveira (Brother).Margaret was owner of Country Homes Real Estate and co-owner of J and M Printing Company. She was an avid ice skater, skating regularly into her eighties, with the Warwick and Fall River Skating Clubs.In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Alzheimers Association http://www.alz.org.A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, November 8th, at 10:00 am at St. Barnabas Church Portsmouth, RI with burial will follow at St. Columba Cemetery in Middletown, Rhode Island.
