Maureen H. Scott formerly of North Carolina, San Francisco, Australia and Newport, passed away due to ongoing heart and lung complications on Sunday, September 18, 2016 at home in Portsmouth. She was the loving wife of 30 years to John Sneddon. Born in Greenville, NC, she was the daughter of the late Maurice and Della (Deal) Scott.Besides her husband Maureen leaves her brother John Scott and his wife Vicki, her nephew Jeff Scott and his wife Anne along with their three children Hazel, Hampton and Della.Words for Plague "Crisis comes to elevate us.
