Mildred Lucille Osborn

Newport, Mildred L. (Schauer) Osborn, 100, of Newport, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at Blenheim Newport Middletown, she was the wife of the late Ralph S. Osborn. Born in Chicago, IL on December 19, 1912, she was the daughter of the late Reinhold and Helen (Loch) Schauer. Mrs. Osborn was very active in Trinity Church. She loved painting and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She traveled throughout her life, being a Navy wife, and lived in many different places, finally settling down in Newport. She is survived by her children James Osborn of Newport, RI, Robert H. Derr Williamsburg, VA, and Bonnie J. Sullivan New Haven, CT. She also leaves many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
