Emily A. Archambault

Emily Ann (Correia) Archambault, 92, of Portsmouth, RI, died on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Royal Middletown Nursing Center. She was the wife of the late Albert J. Archambault.Born on April 14, 1925 in New Bedford, MA, she was the daughter of the late Antone and Julia (Santos) Correia. Mrs. Archambault worked at Raytheon for several years. Emily enjoyed dancing and cards on the weekends, and was a devoted grandmother. In retirement, she and her husband spent several years in Florida.She is survived by her sons David Archambault and his wife Debbie of Portsmouth, RI and Mike Archambault and his fiance Kathy of Maine, her step daughters Elaine Ferreira of Portsmouth and Loretta Post of Newport, and her grandchildren David Archambault, Kimberly Daidone, Melissa Archambault Raoui, Amy Archambault, and Justin Archambault, Shawn Archambault, Jessie and Jenny Rose Titerington, and several great grandchildren.Emily was preceded in death by her son Teddy Vinasse, stepson Alfred Archambault, and grandsons Raymond Post and James Archambault.PLEASE NOTE CHANGE IN SERVICE SCHEDULE - THURSDAY CALLING HOURS ARE CANCELLED DUE TO THE WEATHER.Calling hours will be held on Friday, January 5, 2018 from 10:00-10:30am in Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth, RI.Her funeral will be held on Friday, January 5, 2018 at 10:30am in Connors Funeral Home.
