Paul Raymond St. Laurent

Portsmouth, RI - Paul R. St. Laurent, 58, of Riverside Street, Portsmouth, RI, died unexpectedly Saturday, December 20, 2008 at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, MA.He was the husband of 39 years to Linda M. Lima St. Laurent.Born in Fall River, MA, on September 22, 1950, he was the son of the late Joseph Neil St. Laurent and Georgette Thibeault St. Laurent.Mr. St. Laurent had worked as a tech welder and foreman for General Dynamics for 35 years. He was a graduate of Roger Williams University where he earned a degree in architecture. He was also a communicant of St. Anthonys Church in Portsmouth. His family was his life.Besides his wife, he is survived by his children, Lee St. Laurent, Matthew St. Laurent, Paulie St. Laurent, Sarah St. Laurent and Amy St. Laurent; four brothers, Joseph St. Laurent, Richard St. Laurent, Ronnie St. Laurent and Dennis St. Laurent; three sisters, Elaine Barker, Denise Medeiros and Janet Clark; five grandchildren, Andra St. Laurent, Kaylie St. Laurent, Ethan St. Laurent, Kyle St. Laurent, and Joseph J. St. Laurent; his grandfather 104, Zennon St. Laurent; and several nieces and nephews.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, December 24, 2008 at 9:30 am in St. Anthonys Church, 2836 East Main Road, Portsmouth. Cremation will follow.Calling hours will be held Tuesday, December 23, 2008 from 4-7 pm in the Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth.
