Peter Alan Tiffault

Peter Alan Tiffault, age 53, died peacefully Wed., Aug. 23rd at home in Portsmouth. Mr. Tiffault was born January 27, 1964, in Newport, RI, the son of Pierre and the late Josephine (Alvanas) Tiffault. He was the husband of Elizabeth Marie (Coleman) Tiffault for the last 21 years. Peter graduated from Middletown High School in 1982. He worked as a tow truck operator for many years before starting his own landscaping business. He was an avid enthusiast of motorcycles, cars, trucks, snowmobiles, etc.Besides his wife Elizabeth and his father Pierre, he is survived by his sister, Amy E. Tiffault of Warren, RI and his long time CNA and true friend, Jesus Riviera. He was predeceased by his mother Josephine and his sister, Deborah Ann Welch.Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2017, from 11:00am-12:30pm, in the Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth, followed by a Celebration of his Life Service at 12:30pm in the funeral home.His burial will be private.In lieu of flowers, memorials donations in his memory may be made to the International Joseph's Disease Foundation, P.O.
