Robert Costa, 76, of Portsmouth passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at home, with his loving family by his side, in Portsmouth. Mr. Costa was born November 23, 1941 in Fall River, MA. He is the son of the late John and the late Sarah (Furtado) Costa. He married Ruth A (Botelho) Costa for 57 years.Bob worked for Sylvania Corporation for over 20 years as a supervisor, and also worked for Globe manufacturing in Fall River. He was a graduate of Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School in Fall River, MA.He is survived by his wife, Ruth A (Botelho) Costa, and his children Robin Gaudette of Fall River, MA and Robert S. Costa of Fall River, MA.
