Ronald J. Silvia, 70, of Newport passed away, Monday, February 26, 2018 at St. Clare Home of Newport. Born in Newport, he was the son of the late Manuel J. and Genevieve (Pimentel) Silvia. Ronald retired in 2005 after working may years for Doris Duke's Newport Restoration Foundation as a carpenter.He leaves his sister Jean M.
