Rosemarie Regine

Rosemarie Regine, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully at home on November 18, 2025, at the age of 96.

Born on July 6, 1929, in Providence, Rhode Island, Rosemarie devoted her life to her family, bringing warmth and love to their home in Portsmouth, where she will forever be remembered for her nurturing spirit. As a proud homemaker, Rosemarie dedicated herself to creating a loving environment for her children, Sally and Robert, fostering a deep sense of family togetherness. Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren, Kara (Shane) Murphy and Robert (Windy) Regine, Jr. who carry forward her values of kindness and compassion. Rosemarie is also survived by her dear brother, Vincent A. Capuano, with whom she shared a close bond. She is predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Victor.

Throughout her 96 years, Rosemarie's heart was a beacon of unconditional love. She enriched the lives of everyone around her with her wisdom and grace. Family gatherings, filled with laughter and love, will forever echo in the hearts of her loved ones. Calling hours are respectfully omitted. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, December 5 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Barnabas Church, 1697 East Main Road, Portsmouth. Burial service will be private.
