Stephen A. Stepp, 60, of Newport passed away at Newport Hospital on Thursday, August 24, 2017Born in Newport, he was the son of the late James F. and Margaret A. (Vierra) Stepp. Stephen loved to cook and to try new recipes with all different kinds of food. He was also an accomplished painter and carpenter throughout Newport, Middletown, Portsmouth and Jamestown. He like making things or repairing them.Stephen leaves his sister Judith Stepp and brothers Robert Stepp and Thomas Stepp as well as two step sons Stephen M.
