Stephen is survived by his wife of 70 years, Mary, and their children; Michael Fougere of Florida (Miriam), Katherine Fecteau (Paul) of Portsmouth, Patricia Baker of Newport, Marie Key of Saunderstown, and Annette Fougere Duke of Bristol, a sister Jeannette Perry of Portsmouth, and 11 grandchildren, 20 Great-Grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Stephen is preceded in death by his son Stephen J. Fougere and a son in law, Hugo 'Sandy' Key.

The family would like to share their sincere appreciation to the staff of Dawn Hill and Hope Hospice for the care and support they provided them over the last year.
