It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Teresa Louise McKee, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, who departed this life peacefully on February 10, 2026, at the age of 93. Teresa was born on November 9, 1932, in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, and spent her life in the loving embrace of her family and community.

For many years, Teresa dedicated herself to her work as an Office Clerk for the Portsmouth Public Schools, where she was known for her kindness and unwavering commitment to the education of the children in her community. Her passion for education and her gentle spirit touched the lives of many, leaving an indelible mark on those who knew her.

A devoted wife to her late husband William for 50 cherished years, Teresa's heart was filled with love for her family. She leaves behind her two beloved sons, Jeffrey and William McKee, as well as her adoring granddaughter, Kerri, and her precious great-grandchildren, Piper and Harper. Teresa's legacy of love, laughter, and dedication to family will continue to resonate within the hearts of those she leaves behind.

Teresa had a joyful spirit and a fondness for community activities, particularly enjoying her time playing Bingo. She was also a proud Girl Scout. Her warmth and infectious laughter will surely be missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the calling hours at Connors Funeral Home, located at 55 West Main Road in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, on February 21, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM at the same location, celebrating Teresa's life and the love she shared with so many.

Following the service, Teresa will be laid to rest at St. Columba Catholic Cemetery, located at 465 Browns Lane in Middletown, Rhode Island.
