Thomas Joseph Dimedia

Newport, RI - Thomas J. DiMedia, 61, of Newport, RI, died Thursday, April 9, 2009 at home.Born in New York, NY on Apr. 1, 1948, he was the son of the late Peter Dimedia and Betty Goldstein DiCresce.Tom loved cooking, playing the piano, riding his motorcycle, and boating.Besides his mother, he is survived by two daughters, Rachelle DiMedia of Newport, RI, and Samantha DiMedia of Middletown, RI, and a brother Richard Dimedia of CA. A memorial service in his memory will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2009, at 7:00 PM, in the Portsmouth United Methodist Church, 2732 East Main Road, Portsmouth. Burial will be private.
