Thomas Moore

June 27, 1963 — April 8, 2024

Middletown, RI -Thomas M. Moore, 60, of Middletown, Rhode Island, died at home on April 8, 2024. Born in New London, CT on June 27, 1963, Tommy was the son of the late Edward and Ruth (Loveless) Moore. He was a graduate of Rogers High School in 1981 and began work right away as an electrician's apprentice. He soon earned his Master Electrician's license and enjoyed many years working in his community. Over his career, he worked for a few local shops, as a member of the IBEW, and also worked on his own.

Outside of work Tommy enjoyed sports, friends and family, and his Irish heritage. He was a lifelong Green Bay Packers fan, devoted as they come. He also enjoyed time outdoors, skiing and snowboarding, riding motorcycles, and camping. He was a loyal friend, willing to donate his time and services to anyone who needed a hand. He also enjoyed sharing time and stories with friends, either at the I.A. in Newport, at a poker tournament to honor a friend, or debating who was the biggest Elvis fan in RI, Tommy usually won.

Thomas is survived by his beloved twins Collin and Corrinne Miller of Warren, RI, and his large family: his siblings Michael Moore of Middletown and James and Tonya Moore of Parrottsville, TN, sisters Patricia, Evelyn, and Kathryn Moore all of Middletown, Margaret O'Keefe of Newport, and his niece and nephews Matthew Moore, Joseph O'Keefe, and Dawn Henneous, and more cousins than you can count.
