William Brown, 77, of Middletown, passed away, Monday, July 23, 2018 at home.He was the husband of Lyn (Thomson) Brown.Born in Waltham, MA, he was the son of the late Edward L. and Margaret E. Kelley BrownBesides his wife he leaves his siblings Edward L Brown and Beverly Brown of Natick MA, Mark Brown and Terri Brown of Washington, Margaret Vaughan of Middletown, Virginia Delorey of Hingham, MA., John Brown and Kathleen Brown of West Roxbury MA. Numerous nieces and nephews...most dear family friend Heather Smith Lancaster who was like a daughter to them. Billy lived with his wife Lyn at in Middletown for almost 50 yrs.Bill was the brother of the late Barbara Power, Mary Hickey, and Michael J BrownBill served proudly in the United States Navy for 13 yrs. He and Lyn were life-long animal lovers and supported The Potter League for Animals for over 30 years. Bill was an avid reader and was especially keen on History. He loved his life here on Aquidneck Island.
